First of all, we will need
playclaw.txtlog file from
My documentsfolder right after the problem occurred. Note, PlayClaw clears this file on every start.
If PlayClaw was crashed then provide
PlayClaw6CrashDump.dmpfile from the same folder.
If you have problems with recorded video, please provide original raw video file (not youtube). You may use any file sharing service (GoogleDrive as example).
